Bourg BB3002 Perfect Binder

The BB3002 is an easy-to use perfect binder, making perfect bound books and adjusting automatically to the thickness of a given job. With a maximum thickness of 60 mm, or 2.36 in, the BB3002 maximizes production when executing various jobs making it the model perfect binder for on-demand setups.
Operators can easily make adjustments by using a touchscreen interface (GUI). A high-operating speed of 500 cycles per hour further increase productivity.

The EasyFeed 120 combines Rena’s Bow Separation technology with a highly adjustable design to create a versatile feeding solution, while innovative material guides, full length belts and pressure-regulating components provide smooth and reliable feeding for any mailing operation.
Bow Separation moves the separators between the belts, forming a bow in the material. This bow serves two functions: reduced friction from the stock and increased piece rigidity. This makes marring and double-feeding virtually disappear while improving feed consistency.
