BQ-160 Semi-Automatic Binder + CRB-160 Cover Creaser
Eliminate the problem of image cracking of heavier covers & digital printed sheets
A cover creaser that communicates with the BQ-160 binder. Even heavy-weight cover stock can be used to build crisp, clean and tight books. The BQ-60 Semi-Automatic Binder with PUR capability in-line with the CRB-160 Cover Creaser which receives crease position data directly from the binder. The system is ideal for short-run digital photo books and other applications.
BQ-160 Product Features
- Scoring position is set automatically according to the book thickness inserted into the BQ-160.
- Clean and sharp creases can be made even with heavier and laminated stock.
- Stand alone model is also available with an integrated touch screen operation console.
- A wide variety of scoring patterns can be selected from the touch screen.
- Suitable for crease covers, restaurant menus, greeting cards and all digital print applications.
Operation console – the CRB-160 Creasers can be set-up through the BQ-160 color touch screen. Cover creasing and a variety of other creasing patterns can be selected from the touch screen.
Creasing section – creasing position is automatically set according to the book thickness inserted into the BQ-160. Depth of the creasing can also be set depending on cover thickness.
CRS-36 (Stand alone model) – a stand alone model is available with built in touch screen. Suitable for creasing restaurant menus, greeting cards and various types of heavier stocks.
